Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3. The Promoter refers to Waves of 55 Adelaide St Blairgowrie
4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
5. Promotion opens on Friday 1st of April 2022 and final entries close 12:00pm Sunday the 10th of April 2022. All times are AEST or AEDST, as applicable in New South Wales, Australia.

3.) Comment- on this post & tell us how Mother’s Day is special to you or alternatively, about a special Mother in your world and why they are worthy of the voucher if you are nominating someone.
4.) Tag- finally tag at least two other friends that would love to enter this give-away for extra BONUS entries.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
8. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
10. The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. The winner will be announced the week of the 11th of April the latest being by the 15th of April 2022 via contacting the successful entrant, and subsequently released in writing across all social media platforms.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. If Waves is unable to contact the winner within 30 days of the draw and has made every effort to contact them with the information provided by the entrant, then it will be awarded to another valid entrant.
13. The grand and only prize includes A voucher to be given for 1 x two night stay the for up to 9 accompanying guests at Waves, Blairgowrie. $1,400. Any additional spending money, flights, other meals, insurance, taxes, extra accommodation, items of a personal nature, inoculations, travel to and from departure point, additions to stipulated itineraries and offered flights and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
14. Prize cannot be gifted to other persons in lieu of the winner not being able to travel. Prize winners will be required to agree to and sign to Waves booking conditions when booking, otherwise, prize will be forfeited.
15. The prize (voucher) is valid for up to 12 months from the date of the announcement & cannot be redeemed during peak periods, school holidays or public holidays.
16. On acceptance of the competition prize, the winner acknowledges that they have read, agreed and signed the Wavs booking conditions.
17. Winner must provide a copy of their driver's license, a working credit card for bond purposes and a list of all guest’s names before booking.
18. Each winner agrees to participate and cooperate, as required, in all publicity activities
relating to the Competition, including, without limitation, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and recorded. Each winner authorises the Promoter to use such content for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity worldwide.
19. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws.
20. The prize (voucher) will be valid and deemed as used once the date has been selected & booked this will be non-transferable & there is a strict no cancellation policy if the prize winner wishes to cancel the accommodation, they forfeit the voucher.
21. All entries become the property of Waves and may use the entrant's names and literary pieces for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.
The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct its business and the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use, and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on the promoter’s website. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian privacy laws or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
